Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, processing, delivery, and shipping-related issues are handled for orders placed at punisherwaterfowl.com.

  1. Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  1. Shipping Rates and Options

    Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout and are based on your location, package size/weight, and the shipping method selected.

  2. Delivery Estimates

    Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after the order ships (not the day the order is placed). Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Punisher Waterfowl is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, peak shipping volume, or other events outside our control.

 

  1. Tracking

    Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created, depending on carrier scan timing.

  2. Address Accuracy

    Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

    Delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can assist.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will help initiate a carrier claim and determine the best resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and inventory).


Punisher Waterfowl is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in filing a carrier claim when possible.

  1. Damaged Packages

    If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of: (1) the damaged item(s), (2) the shipping box/packaging, and (3) the shipping label. We will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and inventory availability.

  2. International Shipping (Optional)

    If we offer international shipping, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

If you do not offer international shipping, replace this section with: “We currently ship within the United States only.”
